Refund policy

Return

  • We can not accept returns after 30 days. Returned product must be in its original package and in new/unused condition to qualify for any refund. If the product has been installed already, make sure you put them back to the original package. Otherwise, we may not issue any refund or charge a restocking fee depending on the product condition.
  • Within 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied, items in new/unused condition may be returned for a full refund. (Shipping cost will not be refunded, unless items are defective) Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded if the customer chose expedited shipping for the order. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at service@lovesweetstyle.com, and we will guide you through the return process.
  • (Importance: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.) Shipping companies (like UPS, FedEx, DHL) only accept shipping damage claims within one week after delivering the product. Therefore, you will be responsible for any cost related to the shipping damage if you do not contact us within one week.
  • If there is no manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, you still can return it. You will be responsible for both shipping cost. You need to pay for the shipping to ship it back to us and make sure the product is sealed in its original package and in a resalable condition. Once we receive the product and verify that the product is in new/unused condition, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost for us.

NOTE: If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at their own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.

Cancel Order

  • If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the delivery time, and within tthe time we specify for order cancellation, the order can be canceled.
  • We will ship your order within 24 hours. (In very few cases, we can't within 24 hours, but we promise to ship it within 2 business days.)
  • Therefore, we support order cancellation within 24 hours after placing the order. If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel the order.

Reture Process

  1. Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.(To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.)
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  3. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted,if you ship the product to any other addresses, no refund will be issued.)
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. 

Shipping

  • Before shipping, please take pictures of inside and outside of the packages as records to show that products are indeed in its original condition. We strongly suggest having insurance just in case that package is damaged during the shipping process back to us.
  • For shipping, feel free to ship the product back to us with your choice of the shipping carrier.  (You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.) 
  • After ship it, please take a picture of the receipt along with the tracking number and send it to us at service@lovesweetstyle.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Return Charge

  • If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, or quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you,and you are not required to bear the shipping fee.(You do have to pay for the shipping first. If it is a quality-related issue, we will refund you the shipping cost once we confirm the issue.)
  • If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect and you simply changed your mind or want a different size, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at their own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.
  • There is no other return fee.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.(3-5 business days) 
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@lovesweetstyle.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@lovesweetstyle.com.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
